Berlian Arts Shipping Policy

• We can ship to virtually any address in the world. 
• Shipping is free for most items. However, for items shipped internationally additional fees may be assessed including customs fees. Items for which shipping is not included have shipping costs posted on the product page for the item you are purchasing.
• All items will be insured and tracked. 
• After you place your order Berlian Arts will confirm the estimated shipping date.
• ALL WORKS WILL BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM THE ARTIST'S STUDIO. One-of-a-kind and in-stock items will ship immediately. Production times are noted in the product description of each item.
• Care and maintenance information for your artworks will be included in your shipping package
• If you require expedited service please contact Berlian Arts and we will facilitate your request.

Decorative Art and Ceramic 

• Please note the time to ship on the product page for the pieces you are purchasing
• Artworks will be packed and shipped using USPS Priority or UPS 
• Insurance and tracking will be provided at the time the items are shipped

Jewelry

• Please note the time to ship on the product page of the pieces you are purchasing 
• Artworks will be packaged and shipped via USPS Registered or Priority Mail 
• Insurance and tracking will be provided at the time the items are shipped

Prints and Painting

• All prints will be shipped flat via USPS Priority Mail
• Insurance and tracking will be provided at the time the items are shipped

Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. In the event that your item arrives damaged please notify the shipping carrier and Berlian Arts immediately to ensure a proper claim is submitted.

Items must be returned to Berlian Arts in the packages in which the items were shipped. A return label will be provided.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
